As Planisware Enterprise Specialist & Digital Coach, you anchor the Planisware Enterprise backbone and enable data-driven project delivery across Europe. You bridge complex tools with cross-functional teams, turning data into insights and guiding PMOs, project managers, and financial controllers. You will shape feature deployment, oversee testing and releases, and mentor others to master tool processes and methodologies. This role combines tool governance, coaching, and analytics to support strategic goals and accelerated value delivery.

Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with internal and external development teams to shape and deploy Planisware Enterprise features using Agile methods
- Lead UAT, NRT, and release management to ensure a robust, user-friendly project management ecosystem
- Act as trusted advisor and functional expert for Digital PMOs,



Project Managers, and Financial Controllers
- Design and deliver training, workshops, and coaching to master tool processes and project methodologies
- Track and report KPIs to align initiatives with strategic goals
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to support data-driven decision making
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve performance and enable cross-functional teams

Requisitos principales

- Proven Planisware Enterprise administration experience
- Strong PMO processes, KPI xhfqzwm tracking, and financial tracking workflows
- Experience applying Agile frameworks to tool development (story mapping, defect tracking, UAT)
- Data visualization with Google Data Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar BI tools
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Professional fluency in English
