In this role you drive category management and sourcing for a regional portfolio, ensuring supply at optimal total cost. You will own the strategy for a substantial spend, lead supplier negotiations, and coordinate with global and cross-functional teams to realize savings and resilience. You’ll leverage TDC and regional benchmarks to maximize value, while contributing to a sustainability- and ethics-driven culture. Responsabilidades

- Category management and strategy formulation for assigned spend;
deploy roadmap
- Owns $95M spend;
defines and executes sourcing strategies
- Directly leads supplier negotiations
- Apply Total Delivered Cost (TDC) methodology from formulation to implementation
- Benchmark regional strategies against integral sourcing, leveraging global scale
- Lead savings projects and initiatives to meet team targets
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, SHE, and Commercial teams;
manage milestones




- Develop business continuity plans and risk assessments;
address supply disruptions
- Communicate updates to internal stakeholders
- Maintain expert knowledge of categories, competition and innovations
- Engage with business to address supplier, market, material, and service needs

Requisitos principales

- 7–10 years of experience in International Sourcing
- Experience in Indirect Procurement across Professional/Support Services, Temporary Workers, Subcontractors, Finance/Business Consulting, Marketing, HR, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field;
Sourcing/Negotiation qualification preferred
- Advanced xhfqzwm English;
another European language a plus
- Technical background in manufacturing processes preferred
- Proven Procurement framework experience (Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and SRM)
- Experience leading a high-achieving team
- Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and milestone delivery
- Strong problem solving, adaptive negotiation skills
- Team player with interpersonal and communication skills;
