You will own the generation, integrity and delivery of commercial, customer and performance insights for Spain & Portugal, driving evidence-based decisions. You translate data into decision-ready recommendations and influence leadership through dashboards and frameworks. You will support launches and brand plans in haemato-oncology, while aligning with cross-functional teams to improve performance. This role suits a collaborative, data-driven professional who wants to shape analytics across commercial and medical domains and contribute to cancer-focused outcomes.
Responsabilidades
- Own data, analytics and insights across commercial, medical and market access in Spain & Portugal
- Define and maintain analytical frameworks (segmentation, targeting, performance measurement)
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership via dashboards
- Provide analytics support for haemato-oncology market launches and brand planning
- Support AOP and LRP with proactive analytical input
- Lead performance tracking, KPI frameworks and dashboards;
evaluate field force effectiveness
- Drive analytics for sales incentives,
plan validation and ROI assessment
- Collaborate with local teams on field force sizing and territory design
- Contribute to national brand plans and cross-functional tactics aligned with international strategy
- Develop SFE tools and training deployments;
benchmark and share best practices across affiliates
Requisitos principales
- Min 7 years in commercial/marketing support in pharma/biotechnology, preferably haemato-oncology
- Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector or biotech
- Field sales/field management experience a plus
- Strong strategic xhfqzwm thinking with execution ability;

- Excellent relationship-building across geographies and functions
- Curiosity, problem solving, business acumen and project management
- Attention to detail and quantitative data analytics;
advantage in biotech/pharma launches
- Fluent in English;
