We are looking for an experiencedTeam Leader to lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales performance, customer experience and collections – adecuado for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets, KPIs and operational performance. Your Role You will lead a team of fewer than 10 agents and take responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development. You will: Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Collections team Drive performance across sales, onboarding and collections Own and follow up on key KPIs and targets Monitor conversion rates, default rates and collections results Support customer onboarding and document verification Help develop effective collections strategies Ensure customers are treated fairly and professionally Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance Collaborate with other departments across the business Ensure processes follow internal compliance standards and policies You have:
