In this senior, individual-contributor role you will own the adoption and realization of Amenitiz features. You work with Product and Engineering to define activation events and tracking, diagnose adoption blockers, and improve workflows to ensure fast value delivery. You’ll automate release communications and enable cross-functional teams, with a clear focus on measurable customer impact. This is a hands-on, data-driven position in an AI-first environment, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Responsabilidades
- Define adoption criteria and tracking for Tier 1 launches
- Diagnose and fix adoption drop-offs in the funnel using Amplitude/SQL
- Own activation metrics and targets for Tier 1 launches
- Prototype onboarding/workflow improvements and in-app guides to reduce friction
- Automate release communications using n8n,
Claude and agent workflows
- Explain complex features in simple language to customers and internal teams
- Enable Sales, Care, Onboarding, Account Management and Marketing with Launch Briefs
- Read specs, ask Engineering questions, and translate features into customer value
Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in product marketing, growth, or adoption-focused roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to diagnose low adoption and drive product/workflow fixes
- Hands-on product analytics ability (define events with Engineering; SQL and analytics tools)
- Comfort with owning measurable outcomes (activation, retention, adoption)
- Experience using automation/AI tools to scale work
- Ability to simplify complex features for customers and teams
- Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering and customer-facing teams
