Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Brand Campaigns & Activation

-

- Execute general brand and digital campaigns in the Spanish market

- Localize global campaign assets and coordinate the delivery of campaign materials to media agency.

- Develop and implement local brand activation initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, consideration and desirability.

Social Media & Content

-

- Develop and execute the local social media strategy in line with global guidelines and market needs.

- Plan, execute and optimize paid social media campaigns supporting owned content initiatives.

- Contribute to the development of the annual media strategy based on business priorities and brand objectives, closely working

- Brief and collaborate closely with the media agency to ensure flawless campaign execution across all channels.

Public Relations

- Support the development of the local PR strategy to strengthen brand reputation.

- Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize earned media opportunities.

What are we looking for?

-

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications,



Business or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, or at least in Media Planning and Social Media or Integrated Marketing.

- Fluent in Spanish, and high proficiency in English.

- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

- Great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, as well as analytical mindset (with experience monitoring KPIs) and translating insights into action.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Positive and can-do attitude, with a creative and proactive approach as well as great organization skills.

- Available to travel as required by the business.

Ideally (but not a must):

-

- Prior relevant experience within a premium or consumer brand.

- Previous experience with Public Relations and Brand Activation.

- Experience working in an international matrix organization.
