Emerus seeks a Part-time Patient Access Specialist at our Zarzamora location to serve as a liaison between patients, payers and care teams. You will obtain demographics, verify coverage and collect out-of-pocket amounts to maximize hospital reimbursement.
You will handle admissions, ensure compliance with EMTALA/DNV/HIPAA, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting medical records and scheduling tasks.
