- Recording financial transactions and balancing accounts using the GESFINCAS property management software.
- Monitoring community budgets, income, expenses, and payments.
- Maintaining precise financial records and documentation for all assigned client communities.

you bring practical experience in community accounting and confidence with industry-standard administration software. You should fulfill the following profile:

- Solid prior experience in accounting for homeowners' associations (contabilidad de comunidades de propietarios).
- Proficient working knowledge of the specialized accounting program GESFINCAS.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and a structured, reliable method of working.
- Ability to handle financial data independently and meet routine administrative deadlines.
