Sanofi Business Operations strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.About the jobThe Principal Statistical Programmer will work with Medical Affairs biostatisticians and/or programmers and Sanofi Business Operations biostatistics and programming personnel to implement statistical analysis plans and provide QC’d data packages including tables, figures, and listings for use in publications (i.e.
abstracts, posters, oral, presentations, manuscripts and ad-hoc data analysis requests).The Principal Statistical Programmer will develop, implement, and document non-routine macros and advanced techniques, as well as ensure SOPs are followed and timelines and quality are met.
Collaborating with Local biostatistics and programming teams, Global Medical Affairs biostatisticians and Global Medical Affairs Scientific Communications personnel.PeopleDevelop and maintain effective relationships and collaborations with the end stakeholders (Medical community) and local biostatistics and/or programming team members within the allocated Integral business unit and product – with an objective to develop statistical data outputs.Coach/mentor new team members to support efficient and quick onboarding.Support graduate hiring program as needed.Performance / ProcessConduct appropriate post-hoc statistical analyses of clinical trial data and/or registry.Design, develop, test, implement, and document statistical programming in high-level software packages e.g.
SAS.Produce well documented data packages that include tables, listings,
and figures.Remain current on advanced programming methods.Work closely with the Global Medical Affairs biostatisticians and/or programmers to develop and implement project QC plans and timelines.CustomerWork closely with Global Medical Affairs biostatisticians and/or programmers to identify statistical analysis needs and assist in developing assigned deliverables.About youExperience: Master's degreeminimum 6years/B.Sc.minimum 8years ofrelevantexperience requiredSoft skillsStakeholder management, Ability to manage timelines and Ability to work independently and within a team environment, Autonomy in the management of activities; ability to manage multiple conflicting high priority deadlinesTechnical skillsAdvance SAS programming skills, SDTM & ADaM (CDISC) and clinical data environment across multiple therapeutic areasEducationBachelor or Master of Science degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field.LanguagesExcellent English language knowledge – written and spokenPursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
