Overview
In this role, you lead a Delivery Station team to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient last-mile operations. You drive continuous improvement initiatives, coach developing managers, and partner with cross-functional teams to standardize practices. The position focuses on safety culture, performance management, and operational excellence across shifts. You’ll impact customer experience by ensuring reliable on-time delivery and scalable processes.
Responsabilidades
Build and champion safety and wellbeing across all shifts
Analyze operational data and implement changes to sustain quality and productivity
Lead process improvement projects to streamline workflows and optimise output
Evaluate shift performance against business goals and define action plans




Collaborate with other managers to standardise best practices and ensure consistency
Mentor and role-model leadership for new and developing managers
Requisitos principales
Bachelor in [field] or Advanced degree
Experience in people management
Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+)
