Задачи:
- Conduct structured discovery conversations with existing account contacts to identify event spending, upcoming programs, and unmet needs
- Map account stakeholders, including MICE budget owners, decision-makers, and areas where Perk Events has no presence
- Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline sourced from existing accounts, with accurate CRM forecasting and data
- Identify seasonal event-planning triggers and engage accounts ahead of planning cycles
- Explain the Perk Events value proposition and MICE capabilities to account stakeholders
- Qualify and brief event leads internally, handing them over to the conversion team with client requirements and expectations
- Position Perk Events as the go-to provider for an account’s full events calendar




- Build relationships across accounts with senior decision-makers and budget holders
- Connect existing commercial account relationships with the events/MICE proposition, working with Account Managers on client engagement
- Manage the CRM pipeline, including deal stages, values, and qualification
- Report weekly on activity metrics, pipeline health, and pipeline generation against targets
- Share market intelligence and client feedback with Events and Commercial teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
- Use AI tools to research and prioritize accounts, draft and refine outreach, improve customer interactions, synthesize information, and reduce administrative work

- Demonstrable experience in business development, account growth, or sales within events SaaS, a corporate travel management company, an events agency, or a hospitality group
- Proven ability to grow revenue within an existing account base through structured outbou
