This position owner will work closely with the Key Account Managers, Sales and Technical Teams from the region of operation.

Responsible for technical solution development in the sales process and independently translates customer requirements into robust, optimized tracker‑system designs. Acts as the technical point of contact for customers, EPCs and partners and ensures the technical quality of quotations, layouts and preliminary designs. The objective is technical project success through reliable system configurations.

REQUIREMENT PROFILE
- University degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, renewable energy or a comparable field (to be reviewed)
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales, project engineering or plant/system design,



ideally in the PV/solar sector (to be reviewed)
- In‑depth knowledge of technical‑system design and an understanding of site‑related influencing factors (wind/snow loads, topography, geotechnics) (to be reviewed)
- Experience in quotation and feasibility assessment, including cost and risk estimation (to be reviewed)
- Confident use of CAD/layout tools and CRM systems (to be reviewed)
- Business‑fluent English; Italian and German area plus
- Willingness to travel internationally

TASKS

Technical solution development & design:
- Independent translation of customer requirements into optimized tracker‑system designs
- Preparation, or coordination of the preparation, of technical quotations, layouts and preliminary design documents for handover to commercial quotation preparation
