JOB MISSION

As the Store Manager, you will act as the key brand representative, embodying the values of Valentino and ensuring an exceptional client experience from preparation to retention. You will lead the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence while fostering strong collaboration with headquarters functions.

SALES & KPIs
- Drive the store's overall sales performance by setting team sales targets and strategies aiming to increase the store productivity.
- Ensure the store team has a clear understanding of the correlation between every step of the client experience and associated KPIs.



Analyze KPI data to identify trends and opportunities, creating action plans to enhance performance.

CLIENTELING
- Client Engagement: Implement strategies to develop and retain existing clients while recruiting new and potential ones. Create and implement bespoke engagement strategies tailored to different client segments, ensuring personalized and exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Client Data Acquisition: Oversee the collection and management of client data, ensuring the database is enriched and up to date.

PRODUCT (care & knowledge)
- Product Expertise: Possess an in-depth knowledge of Valentino products and ensure the store team is equally knowledgeable. Develop training programs to enhance the team's product knowledge and storytelling abilities, ensuring a consistent and engaging client experience.
