This is a rare chance to lead a young, talented software team into its next chapter — and to help define the open standard for intralogistics orchestration. If you lead high-performing teams, think in platforms and orchestration, and want real impact on KION’s journey to the Supply Chain Solutions company, this is your role. Come and build it with us. We are looking for a Digital Hub Director to lead a high‑performing software team and, from Barcelona, help shape the broad software strategy: an intelligent orchestration system spanning hybrid‑fleet automation, end‑to‑end orchestration of intralogistics resources, an AI engine for continuous optimization and one unified user experience — built on common standards, a common platform and common infrastructure.
