We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Senior Technical Project Manager to join our R&D; organization. This is a strategic and operational role at the heart of our product development lifecycle: you will own the end-to-end planning and delivery of software releases, lead cross-functional coordination between R&D;, QA, DevOps, and Product, and take responsibility for the health of our release process as a whole.





You will work closely with R&D; leadership, team leads, and product managers (from different integral locations) - driving major releases independently, mentoring more junior project managers/coordinators, and shaping the methodologies and tools the whole department uses. This position is based in Madrid, Spain (working in a hybrid model)

What You'll Do
- End-to-End Release Ownership: Independently own the planning and delivery of multiple, often complex or overlapping software releases - from scoping through deployment - including project scope, schedule, and content, with full accountability for quality.
- Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams with participation from different functions within the organization (R&D;, QA, DevOps, Product) and, where appropriate, external sub-contractors; work cross-functionally and establish positive relationships with key internal stakeholders.
