Job Description
- Define and execute the commercial, marketing and specification strategy across domestic and international markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and profitable growth targets.
- Lead market intelligence, customer segmentation, pricing discipline and channel development initiatives to identify new opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Develop and manage demand generation programmes, brand strategy, digital marketing activities and product launch initiatives to maximise market visibility and customer engagement.




- Lead and coordinate end-to-end commercial operations, ensuring effective collaboration between sales, marketing, product and specification teams to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts, distributors, architects, engineering firms, developers and other influential market stakeholders.
- Direct multicultural commercial, marketing and specification teams, establishing clear objectives, developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture with full accountability for results.
