IT Finance Controller

About the Role

As an IT Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing financial planning and budget compliance within the IT department across multiple countries. This position involves developing financial plans, anticipating risks and opportunities, and optimizing the cost-efficiency of IT activities. You will collaborate with the Regional CIO and local IT stakeholders to deliver valuable financial insights, contributing to the ongoing transformation of IT finance. Your primary objectives will include ensuring accurate allocation of expenses, analyzing budget consistency, and producing monthly reports and KPIs. You will be expected to maintain a clear focus on financial standards and follow expenditures closely to support the department’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with financial budgets and Group financial standards.
- Develop financial plans, budgets, and projections for multiple countries.
- Anticipate financial risks and opportunities within the IT department.
- Manage CAPEX/OPEX planning, budgeting,



and forecasting.
- Analyze consistency between budgets, actuals, and managerial actions.
- Monitor expenditures and optimize cost efficiency.
- Produce monthly reporting and KPIs.
- Partner with Regional CIO and local IT stakeholders for financial insights.

Required Skills
- University degree in Finance & Accounting or International Business & Economics.
- Relevant experience in financial controlling.
- Experience managing financial operations across multiple countries is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for various stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP, PowerBI, Anaplan, or IBM Cognos tools.
