In this role, you will lead a Onboarding Specialists team to accelerate client success in the Portuguese and ROW markets. You’ll shape onboarding strategies, drive retention, and shorten onboarding durations while fostering a high-energy, collaborative culture. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, customer-centric onboarding processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role combines leadership, process optimization, and hands-on coaching to deliver measurable impact on customer outcomes and team performance.

Responsabilidades
- Recruit and build an Onboarding Specialists team (6-7 people)
- Monitor and improve team performance against targets




- Develop and implement strategies to boost customer retention and reduce onboarding duration
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and motivation to the team
- Maintain consistency in meeting onboarding duration and retention goals
- Foster a fun, high-energy work environment
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding of new clients

Requisitos principales
- Experience leading a Customer Experience/Onboarding team in a B2B SaaS environment
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Strong xghoner analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for technology and customer service
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Knowledge of the HR industry is valuable
- Project management experience is a plus
