As part of its career and professional development plan, Grupo Oesía is seeking to hire a Service Line Business Development Manager - Simulation to join the Front Office team within the Service Support division.

You will be responsible for driving business growth in the maintenance, support, and lifecycle management of simulation and training systems, with direct responsibility for pipeline generation, portfolio growth, and new business acquisition.





The position requires a combination of technical knowledge, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to develop new services and business models with higher added value.

What are we looking for?

An/a Service Line Business Development Manager - Simulation, with at least 10 years of experience.

Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas or Rivas-Vaciamadrid.

Degree: degree in engineering.

Work Model: 50% remote work.

Work Schedule:

L-J: 9h and V:5.30h.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in business development for in-service support, maintenance, aftermarket, or lifecycle services. Solid technical knowledge of simulation systems and their maintenance and support requirements.

Demonstrable results in growing the maintenance business, generating a sales pipeline, extending contracts, or acquiring new customers.
