We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders on the BESS pipeline, priorities, technical requirements, delivery needs and procurement strategy
- Coordinate RFI/RFP processes, including commercial documentation, supplier communications,



bid clarification, evaluation and negotiation support
- Perform commercial evaluations of supplier proposals, identifying assumptions, exclusions and deviations
- Support supplier negotiations on commercial and contractual terms, taking ownership of assigned topics and key action items
- Support the definition, negotiation and closure of BSA/BESS supply agreements, LTSA and related agreements, ensuring alignment with EDP standards, project requirements and applicable local conditions
- Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Risk, Finance, Project Management and Development during contract negotiations and approvals, ensuring actions and decisions are tracked and documented
- Conduct market intelligence on BESS technologies, manufacturers, supply capacity, battery cell and raw material trends, logistics, tariffs, currencies, regulatory developments and other market drivers affecting procurement de
