Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in Sofia for the Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality technical support for iRobot products within the consumer electronics sector.
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining excellent service standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot smart home connectivity issues for our Spanish-speaking clientele.
- Maintain detailed documentation of consumer interactions and technical resolutions.
- Stay updated on the latest iRobot hardware and software innovations to provide expert-level guidance.
- Collaborate with the general support team to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Escalate complex technical cases to the relevant departments while managing the customer experience.
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).

- Excellent communication skills and a professional, patient demeanor.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly desirable.
