Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Retail and Farm Sales Representatives to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Execute regional sales plans and deliver revenue, volume, and market share targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, growers, and influential stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to expand market penetration and customer loyalty.
- Ensure effective deployment of sales, marketing,



and agronomic programs at the regional level.
- Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and competitive activities, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with distributors, marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to support business objectives.
- Manage regional forecasting, budgeting, and territory planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial processes, and regulatory requirements.
