What you'll do

As Brand Manager for DACH,



you will own and elevate Factorial's brand strategy, positioning and identity in the region. Working closely with creative, content, product marketing and performance teams, you will build the long-term brand vision and also do the day-to-day work of guiding campaigns and creative to make sure the brand shows up consistently everywhere. This is a senior role with significant autonomy and ownership, and a direct impact on how the DACH market sees Factorial.
- Define the brand strategy for DACH. Positioning and tone of voice with real cultural and linguistic relevance - not a translation of what we do elsewhere.
- Lead brand campaigns end-to-end. From concept to execution, together with creative, content and performance.
- Own the brand guidelines and champion them internally. Marketing, product, sales: everyone should know what we sound like and represent it the same way.
- Own the visual and verbal identity in German.
