Reporting directly to the Commercial SubChapter Lead of the area in Roche Diagnostics Spain, we are looking for a Key Account Manager ( Regional Sales Manager) to build and strengthen Roche ́s presence and reputation in Valencia y Castellón areas, managing a team composed by Sales Specialists in the area. Window person to market interacting with a set of stakeholders in the scientific/technical/economic area and, in general, with the customer key decision makers.
Responsible in manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio in order to offer our customers Roche solutions that best suited to their needs.
As a squad team member, you will provide leadership,



insights and guidance to your team members to enable them to support the delivery of a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth.
Constantly gather data on Market trends. Previous experience in team management and sales within the medical devices sector in Spain.
Commercial experience or market knowledge in the Levante region.
High negotiation capacity at all levels of key stakeholders within a hospital.
Demonstrated comfort building and maintaining relationship with senior level buying influences.
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent experience
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
In close collaboration with the different stakeholders of the organization, the Key Account Manager will ensure the overall consistency of the organizational strategy and advice on decision making as well as the continuous improvement of agile ways of working in Roche Diagn
