As a leader of a team of Product Managers, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring talent, fostering a high-performance culture,



and enabling your team to successfully execute portfolio strategies while partnering across Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain functions to maximize portfolio value and business impact. Coordinate, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration, prioritization, and high-performance execution.
Lead lifecycle management and optimization strategies for mature brands, ensuring sustained performance and competitiveness.
Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning, messaging, promotional campaigns, and omnichannel initiatives.
Oversee forecasting processes to ensure accurate demand planning and minimize stock risks.
Monitor business performance, P&L; evolution, A&P; investments, and key KPIs across the portfolio.
Drive strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders.
