We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager for a next-generation data centre business powering the future of high- performance computing, AI workloads and digital assets, all using 100% renewable energy. Regulatory Compliance- Be accountable for the regulatory compliance framework in Spain andacross Europe, structured around three pillars: inform, comply and assure.- Provide strategic oversight over obligations management, uplift compliance capability and influence across the business and continuously evolve theframework.- ensure obligation owners are aware of the obligations and changes that may impact their business units or activities.- Comply – partner with business leaders to ensure controls are designed, implemented and operated effectively to meet compliance obligations across the group; identify instances of non-compliance and drive remediation; own incident and breach management end-to-end, including implementation, reporting, root cause analysis and remediation tracking.- Assure – lead risk-based assurance activities, including periodic internal and external reviews,



to assess the effectiveness of controls; identify control design gaps and drive them to closure; coordinate periodic compliance confirmations by the Executive Leadership Team; While the portfolio covers all applicable regulatory requirements across the company the day-to-day focus of the role is employment law, immigration, payroll compliance and privacy, working in close partnership with the People and Culture team.- In addition, you will provide support to the team in operationalising our ongoing compliance obligations across financial crime, ethics and conductand the monitoring and tracking of obligations arising under material contractual agreements, helping ensure ongoing compliance and visibility of key commitments.
