At Archive, we believe great products should live many lives. We build the technology that powers branded resale for some of the world's most beloved companies, including Lululemon, The North Face, New Balance, Dr. Our platform makes it easy for brands to keep products in circulation and for customers to shop secondhand with confidence. The secondhand market is growing three times faster than traditional retail and is projected to reach $350B globally by 2028. We're building the infrastructure behind that shift, helping brands turn resale into a meaningful part of their business and helping consumers rethink how they shop. You'll own the GMV outcome for a portfolio of roughly 15 of Archive's mid-tier brand partners, including names like Sam Edelman, Hanna Andersson, and Sur La Table, representing a combined ACV of about $1.55M with the potential to grow 30-50% year over year. This is a relationship-first role for someone who thrives managing a high-volume book of accounts, balancing competing priorities with ease, and building real trust with brand stakeholders.



You'll bring tenacity and optimism to every conversation, helping brands see the opportunity in resale and turning hesitation into buy‐in.
Relationship management
Build and maintain relationships with brand stakeholders across your portfolio
Run a regular cadence with brands (1-2x/month meetings, 2-4 QBRs/year)
Represent Archive to senior brand stakeholders, including executives who join QBRs alongside Commercial leadership
Commercial strategy
Own the growth thesis and expansion strategy for each brand in your portfolio
Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership on contract motions and pricing
Partner with Marketing on cross-functional initiatives, including collaborating on our brand summit and helping source and coordinate event speakers
Work closely with our Customer Success team to help resolve escalated support and site issues affecting your brands' storefronts
Coordinate with our CX team as needed on
