The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary representative for our customers, managing complex aftermarket projects through their entire lifecycle to ensure contract, cost, quality, and safety goals are achieved.




You will own the execution of sophisticated Conversions, Modifications, and Upgrades (CM&Us;) for industrial gas and steam turbine equipment. In this role, you will lead cross‐functional teams across engineering, procurement, and logistics to integrate complex solutions, while managing customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of critical energy infrastructure.
Driving project execution strategy by coordinating cross‐functional teams to meet strict milestones, contract deliverables, and financial margins.
Leading the end‐to‐end customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Managing complex project financials, including forecasting, margin analysis, and invoicing to ensure profitability and accuracy.
Creating and maintaining robust project schedules, ensuring that every phase—from engineering to field execution is tracked and optimized.
