It's a seat with real influence: what you learn from every campaign will shape the products and commercial model of Retail Media at Frekuent.
Own Retail Media campaigns end to end — briefing, setup, trafficking, pacing, and wrap-up — for endemic and non-endemic advertisers, plus Frekuent's own self-promotions.
Act as the day-to-day commercial contact for advertisers, agencies, and partners: align on objectives up front, keep them informed, and flag risks early.
Track delivery and KPIs daily and optimize targeting, creative, and placements so campaigns land on time and on budget.




Turn campaign data into clear post-campaign reports and actionable insights — and spot renewal and upsell opportunities in them.
Work with Product, Operations, Tech, and Business to shape new ad formats, monetization features, and inventory packages based on what clients actually need.
Support the commercial team with media plans, proposals, and pricing inputs as we consolidate Retail Media in the advertising market.
Keep an eye on Retail Media and DOOH trends and bring the ideas worth testing back to the team.
5+ years managing digital or programmatic media campaigns end to end, at an agency, publisher, retailer, ad-tech company, or advertiser.
~ Hands-on experience with ad servers and DSPs/SSPs, including deal setups such as PMP and programmatic guaranteed.
~ Solid analytical skills: comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and media metrics to explain what worked, what didn't, and why.
