We are currently seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations with the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities. Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet business requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
Assist in system testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking functionalities.
Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices to provide informed recommendations.




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking/Time Management modules.
Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus.
Up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates.
