Company Description Sana Group Catering & Events is a leading catering company based in Marbella, Spain, specialising in bespoke wedding receptions, luxury private villa catering, corporate functions, and premium school catering services. The company is known for delivering high-quality, tailored culinary experiences that reflect each client's unique vision and requirements. Sana Group places a strong emphasis on healthy, balanced menus, particularly in its private school catering operations. The Executive Chef is a full-time, on-site role located in Marbella, responsible for overseeing all culinary operations across weddings, private villa events, corporate functions, and school catering. Day-to-day tasks include menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste. The Executive Chef will manage and train kitchen staff, coordinate food preparation and service, and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role also involves cost control, inventory management, supplier coordination,



and collaboration with event planners to design menus that meet client preferences, dietary requirements, and budget. The Executive Chef will play a key role in elevating the company's culinary brand through innovation, attention to detail, and exceptional service delivery.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training, and motivating diverse kitchen teams.

Experience designing healthy, balanced menus, with exposure to school or institutional catering considered an advantage.
