Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents' needs
Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support
Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
