Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms
- Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching
- Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation
- Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus
- Clear, confident communication skills — translating technical concepts for non-technical users
- Subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following:
- Microsoft tenant migrations
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- SharePoint Administration
- JIRA Administration
- API integrations
- AI adoption

- You’ll be the go-to point for complex issues across devices, networks, identity, and SaaS services, helping keep Open Cosmos running smoothly as we grow
- You’ll own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools
- Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders
- Administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support our migration to M365 and Entra ID
- Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines
