Working cross-functionally with country sales, marketing and global franchise teams, you will develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth, support successful product launches and deliver meaningful outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients.

strategic planning and successful product launch execution. Working closely with country leadership, EMEA franchise teams and global partners, this role is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies, managing franchise plans and budgets, and ensuring excellence in marketing execution across the region.
Develop and execute the Axonics EMEA product strategy based on market insights, competitive intelligence and global franchise objectives.
Develop and implement product launch strategies, including sales enablement, positioning, value proposition development and commercial execution plans.
Support franchise planning processes, including Strategic Planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), in partnership with EMEA leadership.
Develop regional and country product marketing plans aligned to business objectives and local market needs.
