The Incentive Assessment team is looking for a full stack developer. The team plans and manages campaigns, coordinating resources, budgets, and data. What You Will Do Development and enhancement of a loyalty program,



including the implementation of a campaign planning interface and the underlying technical logic for processing customer events that drive personalized incentive mechanisms.
Minimum 5 years of extensive experience with Java and Spring Framework
(Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
Experience with Angular
Experience with Kafka
Good understanding of relational database concepts
Working experience in Agile product development practices
Excellence in code quality standards
Foster a code review and testing culture
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience in E2E Testing (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (particularly using GitLab)
