What you will do
- Lead, coach,



and develop a team of sales representatives, building a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Build and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and talent development.
- Maximize regional revenue and market share by driving sales performance and execution excellence.
- Own regional business performance, including sales targets, KPIs, and execution of the Cardiovascular commercial strategy.
- Translate national brand strategies into effective regional action plans, ensuring strong execution and local relevance within the Cardiovascular landscape.
- Define, implement, and monitor territory action plans (POAs) to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
- Analyze sales performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities and define action plans to maximize results.
