What you’ll do:
The Project Quality Engineer leads Quality activities starting from early project engagement until Factory Witness Test (FWT) or Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). Project Quality Engineer is responsible for meeting internal and external quality standards, industry regulations and Customer specifications.
Strategy & Change Leadership
- Work closely with Program and Project Management, Field Service Engineers, Product Engineering, Supplier Chain Management, Operations and other cross-functional partners.
- Clearly distinguish facts, evidence, assumptions,



and conclusions
- Communicate technical issues effectively to engineering, commercial, and customer stakeholders
- Promote disciplined, evidence-based quality decision making aligned to customer expectations

Regulatory Compliance and Adherence to Standards
- Ensure adherence to applicable Customer, industry standards and Eaton requirements.

Lessons Learned
- Lead systematic, cross-functional Lessons Learned process and cooperate with project team implementation of identified action

Quality Plan
- Lead Quality Plan development including integration of inputs from Customer, Suppliers and internal Eaton team members.

Supplier Quality Management
- Partner with Supplier Quality to ensure consistent alignment with Customer and Eaton standards.
- Review deliverables and compliance evidence from external suppliers.
- Support /Review audits, assessments, PPAP etc.

Manufacturing Quality
