Contract Engineer
Location: Madrid, Spain
Contract Type: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project contract administration and procurement activities.
- Oversee project management activities related to contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract documents.
- Apply various contracting types and strategies for project execution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract matters.
- Identify causes of claims and implement preventive actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, contract administration, procurement, communication, and contract writing, including at least 5 years in contract activities for large petrochemical or heavy technology industries.
- Excellent knowledge of contracting types and strategies for project execution.
- Basic understanding of claims causes and preventive measures.
- Experience working in the Middle East.
- Experience with Aramco projects is an advantage.
