Project Overview:

Intellias' mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.)
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design, development, platform engineering, or architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly in designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using Now Assist and/or agentic AI capabilities
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE and Fluent developments

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development,



and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging capabilities such as Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related technologies.
• Remain hands-on in solution architecture, design reviews, technical problem solving, proof of concepts, and complex AI implementations
• Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities across business processes, workflows, and platform services to maximize business value.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends, providing recommendations on how they can be applied within the organization.
• Clear communicator and problem solver
