Account Management at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. As a Senior Strategic Partner Manager at Uber Eats, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for some of our most important Integral partners, think brands like McDonald's, Five Guys, or KFC. You'll own the P&L;, manage relationships at HQ level while taking full ownership of strategic planning, commercial performance, and business expansion. Your work will directly contribute to Uber Eats' growth and footprint in Spain.

This role is central to our national strategy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, from Advertising to Operations, while being supported by Customer Success Managers and Account Coordinators to deliver high-impact projects that drive partner growth and elevate the user experience. You'll also work across the broader organization to shape and execute strategic initiatives with some of the highest business impact.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact Global accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute tailored strategic plans that drive measurable growth, including launching new locations, expanding into innovative models, and increasing same-store sales through high-quality promotions and data-backed menu improvements.
• Lead commercial negotiations and business reviews, influencing partners to adopt Uber's suite of products and invest in strategic levers such as sponsored listings, advertising, and loyalty initiatives.
