Job Description

The Impact You'll Make
As our newQuality Manager, you will play a key role in advancing quality excellence across our operations in San Sebastián where we manufacture remote controls for mobile and industrial machinery. You will help strengthen production processes, develop a proactive quality culture, and work closely with teams across the plant to ensure quality is built into everything we do.





You will also lead and develop a smallteam ofQuality Professionals, creating an environment that supports collaboration, continuous improvement, and individual growth.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of both operational quality performance and quality governance during product development. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement, support our lean manufacturing journey, and contribute directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead quality activities across the factory, engaging key stakeholders to build shared ownership and continuously improve performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team ofQuality Professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as 8D and Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) to eliminate recurring issues.
