This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.Your RoleWe are looking for a Brand Manager Spain to join the Advance team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager.What you will doMarket analysis and brand monitoring: monthly analysis of the brand performance and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunitiesDefinition of the annual brand plans based on the brand’s strategy and objectives: including media & communication strategy and consumer promotion activities in order to boost the brand’s salesManage Marketing & Promotional budget ensuring efficient resources allocation to deliver results and to ensure a healthy P&LCo-create; together with the media team the local brand campaigns with a strong focus on digital & social ecosystems,



maximizing impact across the customer journey while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.Lead and cocreation of Social Media Content, with continuous measurement and action planning together with Media Country LeadCollaborate with the General team to develop and execute innovation projects, based on a strong understanding of local needs and opportunitiesCross-Functional collaboration: build strong, trusted relationships with other departments (Commercial Excellence, Sales, NPD, Regulatory, Consumer Care…) to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpointsWhat we are looking for3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment within the FMCG/OTC or Veterinarian sector, across Marketing, NPD or Technical CommunicationsDegree in Veterinary Medicine, with experience in veterinary clinics and a solid understanding of industry dynamicsMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar highly valuatedGood knowledge of social media dynamics, with a clear
