Your Tasks
Your Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with integral HR strategy
- Lead HR transformation and digitalization projects
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs
- Implement regional employer branding strategies and recruitment initiatives
- Support organizational growth and change management initiatives
- Oversee HR governance, KPIs, and employee engagement
- Work closely with International HR and implement global HR projects in own scope
- Manage HR budgets, forecast,
payroll and resource allocation
- Lead and develop local HR teams across both properties
Your Profile
Your Profile

- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality
- Strong background xqbhyrx in HR strategy, transformation, and project management
- Experience in multi-site or international environments
- Fluent in Spanish and very good English skills; Portuguese is a plus
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
