Maquiladora & Non – Maquiladora Entities. including new accounts, new signers and maintain clear records internally.Monitoring & Managing Bank Reconciliations and liquidity managements for US and Mexican Bank accounts.Cash Management for Maquiladora and Non – Maquiladora legal entities.Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk.Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior managementAnalyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activitiesManaging treasury operations and controls (cash pooling)Managing banking relationships and managing KYC process.Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the regionMonitoring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirementControl of Intercompany transactions within US & Mexican Entities.Daily Cash Management.Support Month end Closing with Banks & Accounts ReconciliationsReview & Maintain Kyri
