The Proposals & Contracts Process Lead is responsible for developing and leading TFS's global proposals and contracts capability across Clinical Development Services. This role combines capability ownership, governance, process excellence, training, Salesforce/CRM expertise, and senior commercial support for strategic proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the general Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders. * Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices.



* Lead training, onboarding, competency development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. * Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units. * Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead, supporting adoption, data quality, and process improvements. * Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic customer opportunities. Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial operations within a CRO environment. * Proven experience developing global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance frameworks. * Experience designing and delivering training programs, competency frameworks, and process improvement initiatives. * Extensive experience preparing budgets, proposals, contracts, and change orders for clients and vendors. * Experience supporting proposals withi
