Supporting the Global Advocacy Executive, Herrera Beauty Comms Executive, and the Global Advocacy & Herrera Beauty Comms Manager, this role will contribute to the day‑to‑day execution of communications, content and influencer marketing initiatives across fragrance and makeup. Responsibilities You will play a key role in supporting the team across: Advocacy & Influencer Support * Support advocacy campaign and communities coordination, global seeding, content tracking and reporting. * Assist in identifying emerging creators, tastemakers, and culturally relevant talent across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment. * Monitor social media trends, viral conversations, and consumer behaviours to help identify opportunities for the brand. * Help manage advocacy tools,



databases, and dashboards. Content & Cultural Relevance * Stay constantly connected to the evolving social media landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. * Bring fresh ideas and culturally relevant inspiration to launch activations. * Support the amplification of UGC, creator content, and earned-first storytelling. * Contribute to competitive benchmarking and trend research across beauty, fashion, luxury, and pop culture.
