To advance strategic projects with high technical demands, we are seeking to recruit a Logistics Services Buyer with experience in transport service management and contracting—ideally within the defense sector or highly regulated environments. Key responsibilities: * Manage tenders and contracts for land, sea, and air transport * Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms regarding cost, quality, and timelines * Analyze offers and conduct technical-economic evaluations * Coordinate with logistics, operations, and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance * Oversee safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards * Identify and manage risks in critical environments * Prepare reports,



indicators, and supplier performance metrics * Contribute to the procurement strategy and continuous process improvement Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field * 4+ years of experience in procurement, contracting, or tendering (experience in transport or defense is a plus) * Full proficiency in Spanish and a high level of English * Proficiency in procurement tools Professional competencies: * Advanced negotiation skills * Analytical mindset and results orientation * Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure * Supplier management and risk assessment
