The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex transformation initiatives across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with PMOs and consulting-led Transformation Offices, and will be comfortable engaging with executive committees and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end program and organizational change management for strategic transformation initiatives across multiple client engagements. * Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, client PMOs,



and consulting transformation offices. * Facilitate governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting to ensure program alignment with business objectives. * Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, and performance dashboards. * Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels, including C-level executives. * Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement. * Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and strategic planning.
