Your Role * Execute the Devices Systems Sales strategy across Italy, helping strengthen Philips' position as One-IGT.



* Drive new business development for integrated systems and capital-intensive solutions, including software-enabled and future innovation platforms. * Lead complex, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities and competitive displacement strategies. * Build and convert a strong sales pipeline, leveraging disciplined forecasting and CRM excellence. * Partner closely with IGT Devices, IGT Systems, Marketing, Service, Operations and Commercial Leadership teams to activate strategic accounts and accelerate growth. * Deliver ambitious sales and profitability targets through strong commercial execution and account planning. * Contribute to shaping the future of solution selling within a fast-growing and strategically important business.
