Overview In this role you lead Deel’s tax accounting and reporting to support growth and IPO readiness. You bridge integral tax strategy and execution, ensuring accurate disclosures and SOX-aligned controls in financial statements and the S-1. You collaborate with senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams to operationalize tax strategies across multiple jurisdictions. Withholding Tax) * Maintain reconciliations of tax accounts and deferred tax positions * Lead design and operation of SOX-compliant tax accounting controls * Collaborate with finance, legal, and internal audit to document and test control frameworks * Liaise with external auditors and regulators to align on issues and resolutions * Monitor tax law changes and assess impacts on IPO reporting and long-term positions Requisitos principales * Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field * CPA (or equivalent such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA) strongly preferred; MBA or JD a plus * 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in multinational settings and/or Big4 * Proven experience in tax accounting for public companies or IPO processes * Deep expertise in ASC 740 / IAS 12 and tax provisions * Strong understanding of US GAAP or IFRS across jurisdictions * Experience establishing and
